Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover your use of ohmidnight.property and the services Ohmidnight Heating & Air offers through it. You accept them when you use the site, call the number on it, or send a form. This page is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What Ohmidnight Heating & Air Does

Ohmidnight Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not do any heating, cooling, repair, upkeep or installation work. We are also not part of any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers we connect you with are independent businesses. Each one is fully responsible for its own estimates, prices, scheduling, work quality, equipment, warranties, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, manage or control them. We make no promise about when a provider will be available to help, how fast one will respond, or how the work will turn out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask to see proof of insurance. Get the estimate in writing.

General Information Only

The content on this site is for general learning. It is not professional, legal, safety or money advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Comments about efficiency are general. They do not promise any energy savings. Always confirm details with a qualified provider.

What We Ask of You

Give us true and correct information when you reach out. Use the site only for lawful reasons. Do not misuse it, get in the way of how it works, or try to enter it in ways we have not allowed.

Calls, Texts and Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request. We may do so by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Just email contact@ohmidnight.property.

Who Owns the Content

The words and design of this site belong to Ohmidnight Heating & Air or the people who license them to us. Do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.
