How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Ohmidnight Heating & Air to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Ohmidnight Heating & Air
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still, we want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be dropped from the network. Please know that Ohmidnight Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes. We also cannot handle warranty claims, refund money for a provider's work, or decide things for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@ohmidnight.property. Please include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

After You Write

We send you an email to confirm we got your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply to our answer and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
